Ingredients
400 g chocolate
185 ml cream
60 g butter
2 tbsp rum
Cocoa
shavings of nuts
chocolate sprinkles

Method
Melt 400 g chocolate 185 ml cream 60 g butter and 2 tbsp rum. Stir well. Cool, until the mixture begins to thicken. Using a spoon make balls that rolled in cocoa, nuts or chips of chocolate sprinkles.
