Cocoa elixir

Ingredients
2 tbsp (20 g) cocoa
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) milk
3 tbsp (30 g) powdered sugar
1/4 cup (50 ml) of water
40 g cream
ice cubes
Method
Milk is boiled with sugar. Cocoa is diluted with a little water and add a thin stream into boiling milk. The mixture, after boiling for a few minutes, filtered and cooled. Was added crushed ice and stirred well. Before serving garnish with whipped cream.
