Coconut shrimp with lemon sauce

Ingredients
1 kg medium green prawns
1 egg
4 tbsp milk
150 g flour
2 cup coconut
sunflower oil
250 g mayonnaise
1 lime
1/2 lemon

Method
Shrimps are cleared from the vein and peel like tails left. Mix the milk with the egg in a bowl. Shrimp Oval lightly in flour, shake off as redundant, then dip in the egg mixture and then rolled in coconut. Fry in shallow oil on medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden. After removing the fat is left to drain on paper. Of mayonnaise, grated peel and juice of lemon and lime sauce is done, stirring nice. Shrimp are served with so prepared sauce. If shrimp are cleaned right amount is about 500
