Cold tomato soup with almonds and balsamic vinegar

Ingredients
500 g tomatoes (ripe)
1/2 cup sliced ​​cucumber
1 clove garlic
2-3 sprigs of coriander or basil leaves 5-6
8 tbsp roasted almonds
1 hot pepper optional
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Method
Cut the tomatoes into large, mixed with cucumber, garlic, coriander or basil washings, 4 tbsp of almonds, clean chili pepper. Grind in a food processor or blender to pass a to a smooth puree and if you add water to desired consistency. Podsolyava to taste and add the balsamic vinegar. The soup is cooled well distributed into bowls and garnish with the remaining toasted almonds and coriander or basil. * Optional tomatoes can be peeled in advance - run for 20 seconds in boiling water, then removed and placed in a bowl with ice water, then peel. * Preset products are for 2 servings.
