Country salad of cooked dry beans and peppers

Ingredients
450 g beans
100 g dry peppers
20 g salt
120 ml fat
50 ml vinegar
fresh parsley
Method
Boil the beans. Subtract it with latticed spoon to drain. Boil dry peppers, peel them from the crackling torn them into julienne. Mix with beans, salt and vinegar. Serve as a salad sprinkled with fresh parsley. * This recipe is an old national dish, typical of the Bulgarian table of Pleven region.
