Cream of red wine

Ingredients
650 ml marsala or sweet red wine of your choice
200 g sugar
320 g butter
6 yolks
2 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 vanilla pod
Method
500 ml wine put in a saucepan with spices such as vanilla is bisects Scrape out the inside and is separated, the wine is put the empty pod. Boil until the volume is halfway.
