Cream with yogurt and coffee

Ingredients
1 kg yoghurt
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp finely ground coffee
pinch of finely crushed allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp gelatin
1 egg white
pinch of salt
powdered sugar for decoration
Method
Yogurt, which are separated 2 tbsp, mixed with coffee, sugar and spices, stirring well. The gelatin is soaked in a 3-4 tbsp cold water and heated until clear (no boiling). Cool. Egg white and a pinch of salt is broken down into the snow and everything is mixed while stirring. The cream is poured into cups wetted and after tightening, in the refrigerator serves turned into dessert dishes. Decorate with taking the yogurt, mixed with a little icing sugar, making figurines injection.
