Curry with turkey and vegetables

Ingredients
2 onions
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp flour
1 tsp curry
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup red potatoes diced
1 stalk celery
2 cup cooked turkey breast or smoked
1 and 1/2 cup cream cooking
1 kg spinach
1 and 1/2 tsp sage (salvia)
1/2 cup carrot cubes
2 tbsp parsley
1/4 tsp black pepper
Method
Stews the onion, then put the flour and curry powder. Add potatoes, carrots, celery and broth. Allow to boil a little and add the chopped meat, salt, pepper, chopped spinach and finally the cream.
