Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
4 yolks
12 full tbsp sugar
1 vanilla powder
4 tbsp natural starch

Method
Sugar, egg yolks and starch are mixed and then gradually add the milk. The finished mixture is put on medium heat and stir constantly until it begins to simmer to thicken (about 3-5 minutes).

can be caramelized sugar and then put the milk becomes very tasty - a recipe my mother!

My mother taught me when I prepared caramel sweet meal for my son when he was little - and chocolate color that is produced is very nice.
