Cutlets from potato and skinless sausages

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
3-4 onions
2-3 carrots
3-4 smoked skinless sausages
1 bunch parsley
3 eggs
30 g butter
1 tbsp savory
black peper
2-3 tbsp flour
salt

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and smash. Add to carrots, onions, the skinless sausages, parsley, 2 eggs, the butter and spices - all chopped. From the resulting mixture is made meatballs rolled in beaten egg and then in flour and fry in heated sunflower oil.

Very tasty meatballs! I prepare them the same way, but sometimes the mixture is falling apart, so add a few tablespoons of flour to it, before forming the meatballs!

I do it with another sausage and it is very tasty.

I made meatballs, were very tasty, however great toy!
