Dessert of peaches or apricots

Ingredients
600 g ripe fruits
1 cup (200 g) powdered sugar
1 lemon
1 piece of cinnamon sheet
600 ml white wine
Method
Half of the fruit peel, cut into thin slices, mixed with 80 g of powdered sugar and put in the fridge. Wine to add a piece of lemon peel, lemon juice, a piece of cinnamon sheet and all heat over a low fire. Shortly before the boil, remove from heat. The remaining fruit through a sieve broken by the remaining sugar and mix with the cooled wine and gently agitated. With the resulting sauce is poured over ice cold fruit.
