Dobrudzhanka - II type

Ingredients
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
30 g butter
1 egg
1-1 and 1/2 cup feta cheese
3 cups flour

Method
Soda put in yoghurt it rise and all products be confused with a spoon (do not knead) until a sticky dough - the mixture is not homogeneous, but do not let that bother you. Spoon the mixture is taken with oiled hands and form balls that are arranged at a distance from one another in a buttered baking dish (I use baking paper). On each ball in the middle pinprick tiny piece butter, can be dusted sesame and bake in a moderate oven.
