700 g minced meat
1 cup rice
1 large onion
salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, savory
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 large sour cabbage
# For the sauce:
350 g yogurt
3-4 eggs
3 tbsp flour
1 cup water
1 cube vegetable broth
Fry the finely chopped onion, then mince. When nice burst put the washed rice and spices. Take leaves of cabbage and are cut in the solid portion in the middle. Put 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture and wrap well. Arrange the dolmas in a pot in which we put at the bottom of a porcelain dish or in a large stew bottom with pieces of cabbage as a cushion. Pour a 1-2 tbsp red pepper, fat and pour them with water to cover. Boil or bake casseroles at least 1-2 hours. Separately, mix the flour into yogurt, dissolve bouillon in water, the eggs are broken and everything is mixed to boil a few minutes. The slurry is then diluted with broth from the dolmas if necessary. Should not leave very rare.
