Dolmas sauerkraut with beans and rice

Ingredients
200 g beans
100 g rice
1 sour cabbage
1 cup (200 ml) sunflower oil
2-3 onions
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
pepper
salt

Method
Soaked evening of boiled beans. Fry the onion, finely chopped, 3/4 of the oil. Add rice, drain beans, salt and pepper. The mixture simmer 1 cup water to soften the rice. Of cabbage leaves to form dolmas. In every place the filling, wrap well and tightly arranged in a pot, whose bottom is covered with minced meat cabbage. The dolmas are flooded with water and cabbage juice evenly pressed with a plate and cook 1 hour on low heat. Ready dolmas rank in a large dish, sprinkled with heated sunflower oil (1/4 cup), colored with paprika. Serve cold.
