Method
Bacon cut into small pieces and fry in a skillet over medium heat, without sunflower oil. Add chopped onion and fry until golden. Remove from heat. bagels cut into pieces, the eggs are broken and poured over them. Parsley cut into small pieces and add to the bagels. Pour 150 ml milk and kneaded well. Less is added and the remaining milk. Put and spices and knead again. If the dough is too wet and sticky, put bread crumbs. Allow to stand for 10 minutes to absorb moisture bagels. From the dough form 9 identical balls (dumplings) and place in lightly salted boiling water. Boil about 20 minutes. Sample breaks one of the dumplings. For sure can first be formed in only one ball and release the water. If it does not fall apart and emerged on top, then put and next. If disintegrate residues are returned to the dough and add more bread crumbs in the dough. Go to any kind of roast, to any of ragout.
