Method
Put the minced meat to fry in the oil until ready, add the pepper. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt (optional can add pepper). Pour the eggs in an oiled (I use margarine or butter) suitable pan. In a bowl bread chopped into small pieces, pour fried mince and add 150 g of cheese, finely grated grater. Stir nice to mix all ingredients and pour over the eggs in the pan - do not mix, just gently spread the mixture over the bread in the pan. Grate the remaining 150 g of large-scale cheese grater and sprinkle the dish. Put fsunflower of oil pan and bake in a preheated oven 180C degrees for about 15-20 minutes (depending on oven) until ready eggs. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve slightly chilled as an appetizer or main dish. * For 4 servings. * Optional mince can replace ham, smoked or roasted meat or saute bacon. * For those who do not eat meat, I guess that could be done as a mixture with the bread and the cheese is added and a little feta cheese. * The recipe allows you to experiment.

xixixi but I might have eaten no bread, and her husband put additional 1 slice-but definitely a dish for dinner, not for lunch but sometimes will know ..
