Eggs Florentine

Ingredients
50 g butter
200 g chopped spinach
100 g feta cheese
3 tbsp cooking cream
1/2 tsp lemon juice
4 eggs
salt, pepper
Method
The butter Melt in a fireproof container. Add the spinach, the feta cheese, cream, lemon juice and spices. Above are broken eggs and bake in preheated oven at 170 C for 10-15 minutes.
