The chicken is boiled with carrots, onions and spices to taste. Then boned and cut into small pieces. Cut the mushrooms and grated cheese. Prepare sheet flour, egg and the broth in which it is boiled chicken - a stiff dough. The sheet is rolled so that it is more than double by the court to be baked. On her chicken lining, the butter and the grated cheese. Pour a previously prepared béchamel sauce and bends with the edges of the crust. The dish is baked first strong, then a low oven until it turns rosy.
