Festive chicken salad with olives and avocado

Ingredients
1 head iceberg lettuce
2 red peppers
100 ml olive oil
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 garlic cloves
1/2 zucchini
250 g cocktail tomatoes
1 avocado
100 g sprouts sunflower
1 grilled chicken
grated feta cheese Parmesan
100 g olives

Method
Peppers marinated in the oil, vinegar, pressed garlic, salt and pepper. salad cut into pieces and ranks in great shape. Avocados and zucchini cut into pieces and distributed over salad. Small tomatoes also are evenly distributed throughout. Chicken boned and cut into small pieces that are put on the salad. The peppers are distributed with the marinade over salad. Finally garnish with sunflower sprouts and olives. Over salad sprinkle grated Parmesan and feta cheese served with bread. They can use different types of sprouts, all are appropriate and very healthy.
