Ingredients
800 g veal or beef fillet
frying fat
15-20 marinated mushrooms
2 tbsp flour
1 and 1/2 cup bouillon
salt
pepper
6 tbsp cream

Method
The meat is cleaned from the skins and cut into 8 pieces across the muscle fibers. Add salt and fry quickly in very hot oil until light brown. Remove to a warm plate and sprinkle with a little broth. In the fat from frying put the sliced ​​mushrooms, sprinkle the flour and add the broth. Boil the sauce for 5-6 minutes, add salt and retired from the fire. Thicken with cream and pour over the fillets.
