Fish kebab in pots

Ingredients
700 g fish fillet
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
4-5 sprigs (500 g) leek
4-5 (300 g) red tomatoes
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup (50 g) yogurt
1/2 bunch parsley
5 marinated red peppers
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
50 g cheese
1 lemon
2-3 chili peppers
4-5 peppercorns
salt
Method
Fish fillet cut into large pieces that add salt, roll in flour and fry in preheated oil. In the same oil fry gently leeks, cut into rings, then add chopped tomatoes and marinated peppers, wine, black pepper and chopped parsley. The mixture add salt to taste and distributed in pots. Put the fish on top and pour the beaten eggs with yogurt, then add the grated cheese. The dish is baked until it's almost fat. Serve with lemon and hot pepper.
