Fish meatballs with mushroom sauce

Ingredients
800 g of hake or other fish
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
150 g onion
2 eggs
200 g red tomatoes
75 g pickles
50 g fresh mushrooms
2 slices white bread
25 g salo
120 g peppers Sivria
3 tbsp (30 ml) white wine
1/2 bunch fresh parsley
700 g potatoes
30 g breadcrumbs
20 g flour
20 g butter
1 lemon
salt
pepper
Method
Fish is cleaned of skin and bones, washed, cut into pieces and along with fresh salo grind. Minced meat is salted, add soaked and squeezed bread, 1 egg, pepper and well kneaded. After standing in the refrigerator 20-30 minutes of it tearing pieces that are upsetting wet board and filled with stuffing of chopped and lightly fried in fat peppers, tomatoes and pickles, add parsley and hard boiled egg cut into cubes. Shape is oval meatballs, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, place in an oiled baking dish and bake in a moderate oven. Of the butter, flour, mushrooms and lemon juice is prepared sauce, which finished meatballs are poured and served with boiled potatoes sprinkled with parsley.
