Ingredients
400 g fillet of cod
2 onions
1 carrot
100 g rice
2 eggs
120 g mayonnaise
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Fillet of cod is boiled in salted water with an onion and carrot. Finished fish was drained and cut into pieces. The rice is cooked in salted water, poured into a sieve, washed with hot water and allowed to drain. Boiled eggs and second onion finely. The ingredients are mixed spice with salt and pepper to taste and mix with mayonnaise. The salad is formed in a serving plate and garnish with sprigs of parsley.
