Fish soup

Ingredients
2 onions
2 carrots
100 g celery
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
salt
pepper
bay leaf
800 ml vegetable broth
300 g fish fillet
lemon juice
250 g mushrooms
2 tbsp starch
100 g cream
2 sprigs parsley
1 tsp (5 g ) curry
sunflower oil
Method
Vegetables are cleaned, cut into cubes, along with wine and spices are placed in a suitable container. Held four minutes at 600 Deut. Add the hot vegetable broth and place the dish in the oven again until the liquid boils. Sirloin is washed, dried, chopped into cubes and sprinkled with lemon juice. Mushrooms are cleaned, washed and cut into slices. Sprayed with lemon juice and together with the fish are added to the soup. Maintained for 7 minutes at 600 Deut. Cream mixed with starch, add parsley, curry and the oil. The mixture was poured into a soup and it was kept at the same power to boiling.
