Fish soup with vegetables

Ingredients
3 potatoes
2 zucchini or eggplant (maybe in one of the two)
2 carrots
4 fish fillets
parsley
lemon juice
oil
pepper, salt
Method
Vegetables cleaned, cut into cubes and fry in olive oil. Add fish fillets, cut into 4 parts hot water (to cover the vegetables and fish). Add salt, put it pepper and boil on low heat for 1 hour. 5 minutes before removing from the fire, add the lemon juice and parsley.
