French buns

Ingredients
4 cups flour
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 and 1/2 cup hot water
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
Method
Mix water, sugar and yeast. Rises 10 minutes. When the yeast rise, it is added to the butter, 2 cups flour and salt. Stir. Gradually add the remaining flour and knead until smooth and elastic dough. It becomes a ball, smeared with butter, cover with foil or cloth and leave to rise for an hour. The risen dough place on a lightly floured surface and divide into 16 panels, shape balls. Place them on a greased or covered with baking paper tray. Cover and leave to rise for 40 minutes. Preheat oven to 200 C. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden.
