Fresh banana smoothie with vanilla

Ingredients
500 ml buttermilk (Buttermilk, Buttermilch)
200-250 g yogurt
200 ml milk
4 ripe bananas
4-6 tbsp sugar or honey
1 vanilla pod, scraped inside
water

Method
Bananas are pureed in a blender with milk, sugar and vanilla inside. Add the yogurt, make up and buttermilk. Finally with water to a volume of 1.4 liters. * The amount is about 4 large glasses of 330 ml. * Even with a thick consistency, Shake is not loaded, but because yogurt and buttermilk is very refreshing on hot summer days.

I think my friend will like it a lot. I read that is suitable for hot summer days, however, would have to had waited a little to be warmed up - here today is -21 degrees.

:) Gerganche, not scary, vitamins and minerals are needed in cocktail at any time of year. Take out 20 minutes in advance of the refrigerator and ready, it shortens the wait half a year;)
