Fried beans

300 g coarse beans
1 cup flour
carbonated napita
salt
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Well wash the beans soak in cold water in the evening. In the morning, washed and put a new water. 10 minutes after the boil, the water is discharged and pour hot salted water. Boil until ready (berries must remain intact). Pour the beans in a colander to drain well. Mix the flour and soda napita to become dough slightly thick from the pancake. Beans are immersed in breading and fried in sunflower oil to more pinking.

Very tasty it was. I made the sauce and the idea of ​​reni55. To me and I liked both versions (with and without sauce). As can be seen from the picture you put first string beans on a skewer and then panicked them. Now use ready beans from a jar (giant white salad).
