Fried chocolate almonds

Ingredients
50 g melted chocolate
3 tbsp cream
65 g butter
150 g sugar
3 eggs
pinch of salt
1 tbsp rum
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
500 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
sunflower oil for frying
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
Chocolate, cream, the butter and sugar mix. Them one by one, add eggs, then they and salt, rum and lemon rind. Add sifted with baking powder and flour and mix well. The dough was allowed to stand in the refrigerator 30 minutes and then mixed until soft. Spread the flour on a board at a thickness of 6 mm and with a spoon of almond-shaped pieces. The oil is heated until after the submerged wooden spoon start rising bubbles. The cookies are fried in oil bath until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon, leave to drain the fat on paper, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cool.
