Ingredients
3-4 leeks
3 eggs
50 g breadcrumbs or flour
1/2 cup milk
salt
Method
Leek cut into pieces 5.6 cm long and boil in salted water. When the leeks soften be removed and drained and pressed. Eggs with the milk is broken. Then dipped leek pieces in egg mixture and breadcrumbs and fried.
