Fried meatballs with spicy sauce

Ingredients
300 g minced meat (beef and pork)
100 g rice
1 carrot
1 onion
30 g raisins
1/2 bunch parsley
1 egg
50 g cheese
flour pepper, salt
# For the sauce:
1 lemon
1 tbsp sugar
60 g starch
chilli (chili)
2 tbsp ketchup
Method
Soak raisins for 5 minutes in hot water. After deduction of the same water podvaryava rice for about 15 minutes. Wash with tap water and allow to drain. Grate carrots and onion, cut parsley. In a large bowl put the minced meat, grated vegetable, add salt and pepper. Crease with hands until a homogeneous mixture. Add the rice, raisins, egg and grated cheese. Mix carefully. The mixture to make meatballs as ping-pong ball and rolled in flour. Fry in a greater amount of heated sunflower oil. Remove and leave to drain the fat. For the sauce is dissolved in a little water, starch, add ketchup and lemon juice. In a little heated sunflower oil and put sugar is caramelized. Add salt, cayenne and black pepper. Add and starch mixture, stir well until the sauce. Ready meatballs are served with sauce overwhelmed. It is best to combine with mashed potatoes. * You can breaded with flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs. * Thus prepared sauce is an appropriate addition to all prepared in BBQ and BBQ.
