3 tbsp yogurt
3 tbsp cornmeal

Method
Eggs, yogurt and stir the cornmeal smooth mash, add crumbled feta cheese. In the mixture is immersed chopped slices (halves or bites) and fry in heavily pre-heated oil.

I make them with fresh milk and tasty it again.
Great idea! In our family fried slices are *Saturday trespass* for breakfast (my people play sports and careful eating - various proteins him there ... and similar fitness shenanigans). So far I've only rules with eggs and milk, but this version I liked - I think more this Saturday to surprise *fitness maniacs* with different french toast. And the picture look very appetizing. I loved the idea and I decided I try them yet this Saturday. Anyway, always with my fried slices and eat cheese ... it is at least 2 in 1 ...

Many are delicious, but be careful because the yoghurt foam oil, frying if more foam comes out of the pan :)
