Fried Swans

Ingredients
5 egg whites
pinch of salt
2 tbsp flour
2 cup sugar
grated lemon peel
2 vanilla
powdered sugar for sprinkling
fat frying
Method
Egg whites are broken down into hard snow with salt and gradually add flour, finely grated lemon rind and vanilla. The mixture was stirred gently. In a deep pan pour more oil, heat and pour it with a spoon from the egg white mixture. Buds fry on both sides. Remove with a slotted spoon and immediately immersed in syrup, prepared as follows: 2 cups sugar and 3 cups water boil 30 minutes on high heat. When swans watered well be deducted on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
