5 cloves garlic
1 yolk
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) vegetable oil
pinch of salt
lemon juice
Method
Peel the garlic cloves are crushed well. Drop by drop, add the yolk and the oil. Stir until a smooth mixture. Season with salt and lemon juice by adding a little cold water.
