German chocolate pudding

Ingredients
500 ml milk
80 g semolina
250 g cream
4 tbsp caster sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
250 g of fruit compote of your choice
pinch of salt
1 tbsp butter
Method
In sweetened milk sent down semolina and boil on low heat for at least 15 minutes. Stir the chocolate with the butter and a little sugar, and pour in the semolina. Rinse with cold water curly shape and pour the mixture. Allow it to cool. Turn cold pudding and topped with fruit compote and decorate with cream shattered.
