2 green salad
50-60 g blue cheese
smoked fish fillets (salmon, herring or whatever you have)
300 g yogurt
domes or croutons (tastes of your choice)

Well washed salads are cut, put salt, sunflower oil and mix well with gentle creases. Once well seasoned, shredded blue cheese, smoked fish put (sliced or shredded) and yogurt. Again mix well. Finally, a dome and stir last. * In case my salad with herring, but if you make it with salmon, fish gives color to the salad. * The sauce, which is derived from the blue cheese, yoghurt and juice salad has an amazing taste.
