Gyuvetch of onions

Ingredients
1 kg onions
1/2 cup Rice
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
pepper
bay leaf
salt
parsley
Method
The onion is peeled, put it in a pan with the oil and add salt. Add red pepper, bay leaf and 3 cups hot water. Put it in the oven for about 30 minutes. Then add the cleaned rice and tomato paste mixed into 1/2 cup water. The dish is baked until the rice swell. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
