Ingredients
1 kg ribs
300 g peppers
300 g onion
300 g fresh mushrooms
200 g carrots
100 g peas
200 g roasted peppers pepper
parsley
vegeta, salt
1 cube mushroom or chicken broth
Method
In the ring stew put a little oil on the bottom, then arrange sliced ​​onions. Then order mushrooms, ribs row, row peppers, carrots, mushrooms and back row so to run out of products. Pour 500 ml broth. Finally closes very well with aluminum foil and bake for about 3-4 hours at 180 C. When done sprinkle with fresh parsley.
