Harvest cake (Harvest Cake)

Ingredients
700 g flour
2 tsp mixture of ground cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice
180 g pork lard
15 g raw yeast
2 tsp sugar
450 ml water
175 g raisins
Method
The yeast is mixed with a little warm water and a little sugar. Sift the flour and mix with the lard. Add the yeast and, together with the remaining water. Stir and knead until smooth and elastic dough, then left for 1 hour to rise. Involved with raisins and put in a baking tray. Allow to swell again and put to bake in a strongly heated oven until golden brown color.
