Hominy with pumpkin

Ingredients
200 g feta cheese
500 g pumpkin
450 g flour
1.25 liters of water
200 g butter
salt
Method
Pumpkin Peel and cut into pieces which are placed in boiling water and cook until completely soft. Court turns away from the fire and it is added flour, pour into piles between which leave holes to boil the water evenly. Put it back on the fire and when the holes begin to boil porridge, stirred slightly. Once the boil a little, hominy remove from heat and stir until a homogeneous dough. Remove with a wooden spoon dipped in water or butter, put it in a tray or flat plates and spread to a thickness of 1-2 cm. Pour with fried butter and sprinkle with grated advance feta cheese.
