Iskender kebab

Ingredients
300 g beef (fillet)
3-4 tomatoes
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp butter
Arab buns (ready)
yogurt sauce and garlic

Method
Cut is the meat into thin strips. In a pan put the butter and fry the meat until water evaporates and remain only in fat. Add salt when done. Can be added and a little pepper. Separately, make sauce peeled and grated tomatoes, onions and garlic, which are fried in sunflower oil sauce and let simmer until water evaporates. Serve as a plate first lining up the buns, torn pieces flights with fried butter with paprika. Top distributes meat on it pour the sauce with tomatoes and side put yogurt with garlic.
