Italian layered cake from cottage cheese

500 g cottage cheese
1/2 cup almonds
2 and 1/2 tbsp starch
6 tbsp sugar
7 eggs
1 tbsp orange peel
4 drops of almond essence
# For the juice:
juice of 3 oranges
sheet potrokal
4 tbsp sugar
1/3 pm .ch. lemon juice
Yolks, almond extract, sugar, ground almonds and orange peel mixed with the cottage cheese, while they absorb well. Egg whites and starches are broken down into the snow. Was added twice to the cottage cheese, the mixture continuously and carefully stirred, so as not to fall egg whites. The finished mixture is distributed in the appropriate tray, covered with greased baking paper. Bake 40-50 minutes in preheated oven at 180C. The rind of an orange cut into strips and boil 5-6 tbsp water 6-7 minutes (as it deodorizes). After the boil, add the juice of oranges, lemon juice and sugar. Boil for 20 minutes. Cake pour well cooled juice.
