Ingredients
500 g cookies red peppers
250 ml brown sugar
120 ml vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 bay leaf
sprig rosemary (5-7 cm)

Method
Clear is peppers from the seeds and inner membranes. Cut into strips, 1 cm wide or in pieces. Put in the pot. Add salt, vinegar, bay leaf, rosemary and sugar.
