Jam green fruit

Ingredients
500 g of green fruits (such as green apples, kiwi, green grapes without seeds, green melon)
750 ml pear juice
3 tbsp starch
75 g brown sugar
1 piece (the nut) ginger
1 piece of lemon peel

Method
The fruits are washed, cleaned (apples, grapes) or Peel (kiwi, melon) and their fleshy part is cut into small pieces. From pear juice was collected 125 ml and mixed with starch. Other juice was poured into a pan and add sugar. Ginger was cut into 3 pieces and zest is added to the pot. Once boiling, add the fruit and simmer 2 minutes. Make shuffle paper and everything is left to simmer for 3 minutes on low heat until thickened. Remove zest and ginger. Fruit mixture is poured into a bowl, allow to cool and put covered in the refrigerator for two hours.
