Ingredients
500 g clean quinces
500 g clean apples
400 g sugar
200 ml water
1/2 tsp citric acid
leaf geranium

Method
Cut the fruit into cubes and transfer to a saucepan. Add water and sugar and cook jam 30-40 minutes until the liquid boil off. Then mash with a hand blender and add citric acid and washed-leaf geranium. Pour immediately into jars and seal, turn them down.
