5 chicken steak
5 pork chops
300 g smoked bacon or chest
300 g raw sausage
500 g mushrooms
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
4 onions, cut into crescents
1 tea cup . dry wine
salt, pepper
little hard dough (made from water and flour)
Method
Boning steaks and smoked brisket. Separated bones rank at the bottom of a large clay pot or saucepan with thick walls.
