Koprivnik

Ingredients
3 and 1/2 cup flour
1 egg
pinch of salt
# For the filling:
1 kg nettle
1 bunch spring onions
1 bunch parsley
5-6 sprigs of mint
1/2 cup molten pig lard or sunflower oil
Method
Of flour, egg, salt and warm water Knead the dough smooth. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll each part of one sheet, half a centimeter thick. Sheet to let pozasahnat. Washing and cleaning nettle and put it into a pot of boiling water, where she hold only 4-5 minutes. Then transfer it to a colander or large strainer to drain it. Chopped onion and stew it in a saucepan with a little sunflower oil. Add the parsley and mint. After 5 minutes and add the chopped nettles. Stick pan on medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until a smooth mixture. In a greased pig lard or sunflower oil pan put a crust on it and spread the filling. Cover it with the second crust, which sprinkle with fat. Bake in moderate oven Koprivnik until top crust becomes brown.
