1 rabbit
5 potatoes
700 g of peas jar (1 jar)
2 carrots
2 red peppers
1 onion
1 tomato
200 ml wine
300 ml sunflower oil
pepper
salt
3 bay leaves
1 bouillon cube
Method
Carrots, peppers and tomatoes finely and onions and potatoes - in large pieces. Rabbit cut into portions and fry until golden in the oil over low heat to not burn off the oil. Finally added the onions and fry 4-5 minutes along. The broth was dissolved in 400 ml hot water and added to it the wine and put together to boil for about one minute. Meat with onions is poured into a clay stew with fat, add all the other vegetables, boiled wine broth and spices. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil, maybe with dough. Bake in oven for 50 min at 200 C. Optional can be added and prunes.
