Yeast let rise in a warm room. 7 eggs are broken down to them fluffy and add the sugar dissolved in the rest of the lukewarm milk, dusted with salt and grated lemon rind. Then pour rise, yeast and dusted the remaining 1 kg flour. Blended into a soft dough, while mixing, slowly add 250 g of melted butter, raisins moistened with lemon juice (or 2 tbsp (20 ml) rum). When they start to blister, turn the dough with a cotton cloth and leave to rise in a warm room. Will be ready for mixing when pressing a finger recess rapidly filled. Great mix made with hands smeared with butter and an oiled table. Messi is very, hitting in the table and knead again. Well the dough is torn into 6 equal parts form of rolls and twisted braids of three. Tangle put in greased pans and remain again rise. When finished baking, are coated with slightly beaten egg, sprinkle with granulated sugar and spiked with almonds or walnuts. Bake in a moderate oven until reddish.
