Kritaraki with chicken, cream and mozzarella

Ingredients
300 g boiled white chicken meat (maybe left of roast)
150 g kritaraki (rice vermicelli)
3 pickles
100 g cheese
100 g processed cheese
100 g sterilized mushrooms
1 clove garlic (optional)
100 g tomatoes (1 tomato - can without it)
200 ml liquid cooking cream or cream
150 g feta cheese Mozzarella
pepper and salt, oregano optional
2 tbsp sunflower oil
parsley for sprinkling

Method
